Terms & Conditions

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

General

- Please give at least 2 reference photos.- No rush commissions please.- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside of my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.- Artworks are for personal use only such as profile pictures, banners, posting in social media with credit, printing for yourself. It cannot be used for profit without prior agreement.- Do not use artwork for commercial use, edits without permissions, no turning to NFTs and DO NOT FEED IT TO AI.

Payment System & Refunds

- NO REFUNDS.- Mode of payment are GCash, MAYA, Bank Transfer via QR Code- 50% upfront
- 50% after sketch approval/until 1 week of approval
- Skeb - full payment only.- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee (300 php) applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio.- I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.- You may cancel before payment is made.- Once payment is received, refunds will not be possible.

Process Time

- 1-4 weeks depends on the complexity of the artwork and amount.
- I will keep you updated if any delays are to occur.

Revisions

- Max 3 major revisions.
- will only do it during the sketch phase.
- Approved sketch cannot be revised after.

Intellectual Property Rights

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing the usage rights, not the ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
- Promote myself,
- Post on social media and in my portfolio.If a Non Disclosure Agreement(NDA) was purchased the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

Commissioner Rights

You, the commissioner, may do the following:
- Use the artwork for personal purposes only(unless commercial rights are purchased),
- Print the art for yourself,
- Post it on Social Media with proper credit to me, the artist(xasteraia).May NOT:
- Use the artwork commercially without permission.
- Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me,
- Remove signatures/watermarks,
- Resell or redistribute the artwork,
- Modify or edit the artwork without my consent,
- Use artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects,
- Turning to NFTs,
- Feeding it to any AI.

Blacklist Policy

- Breaking these rules may result in a permanent blacklist
- The blacklist may be shared with other artists.

Final Agreement
